This year, we proudly celebrated the opening of Ledger Place, our long-anticipated supportive housing building. This moment marked not only the culmination of years of dedication and effort but also a vital step toward addressing the housing needs of our community. The launch of Ledger Place is a testament to the collective resilience and vision of everyone involved, from our staff to our partners and supporters.

Another key focus this year was our strategic planning process. Through a comprehensive environmental scan, we gathered valuable insights into how we are performing as an organization and identified opportunities to grow and adapt to emerging challenges. This effort engaged our entire community—clients, staff, management, and the Board—and provided a unique window into the daily lives and experiences that shape our work. The lessons we learned reaffirmed that our greatest successes often happen in the quiet moments: a kind word, timely support, or a meal served with care.

The virtual AGM was an occasion to celebrate not only large-scale achievements but also the everyday successes that define Progressive Housing Society.
