Peanut Butter Sandwich Delight
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) of raisins
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cinnamon
- 2 English muffins/sliced bread/toast
Slice the banana into a small bowl. Mix in peanut butter, raisins and cinnamon and spread mixture over your english muffins/toast.
