2023 AGM

The fiscal year spanning April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, was a pivotal time for Progressive Housing Society, filled with progress and strategic development towards our mission. Once again, embracing the virtual format, our Annual General Meeting offered a unique opportunity to connect with our community, celebrate our accomplishments, and look forward to the journey ahead.

This year, we continued to adapt and innovate, ensuring that our services not only met the needs of those we serve but also exceeded expectations. The commitment to enhancing our programs and outreach efforts was evident, with significant strides made towards improving the quality and accessibility of housing and support services. Our dedication to empowering our clients and promoting independence has never been stronger.

The virtual AGM allowed us to reflect on the successes of the past year, despite the distance. It served as a reminder of the strength and resilience of our community, showcasing the collective achievements that have propelled us forward. The meeting was a testament to the power of technology in keeping us united in purpose and action, enabling us to share our stories, challenges, and triumphs.

During the meeting, we highlighted key program expansions and the introduction of new initiatives designed to better support our clients. The adaptability of our staff, volunteers, and partners in navigating the complexities of the past year was celebrated, with special recognition given to those who have gone above and beyond in their roles.

The AGM also provided an avenue to acknowledge the milestones reached by our organization and the individuals within it. Celebrating these achievements, from service anniversaries to the successful completion of projects, underscored the passion and dedication that drive our work.

As we concluded another fiscal year, the insights shared and the plans laid out during the AGM filled us with optimism. Looking ahead, Progressive Housing Society is more committed than ever to our vision of a community where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing and the support they need to thrive. We are grateful for the ongoing support and enthusiasm of our members, staff, and stakeholders, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunities and challenges that the next year will bring.

With a renewed sense of purpose and the lessons learned from the past year, we move forward into the 2023-2024 fiscal year, ready to make even greater impacts in the lives of those we serve.
